The room was clean.

The noise levels were unacceptable. Live music blasted until the early hours (it made sleep difficult). The breakfast was disappointing. The toaster didn't work, and egg preparation was poor. The lack of variety was also noticeable.

the location was fantastic i was right in the heart of the action and near central festival shopping mall the staff were friendly and efficient they quickly addressed my needs the room upgrade i received was a good surprise it made my stay even better

the noise from nearby bars continued late into the night it made it difficult to fall asleep before 3 am the music was quite loud

the hotel's location is central close to many activities and attractions the area around lk metro is easily accessible with a short walk a 7-eleven store is conveniently located nearby about a 2-3 minute walk

The location was amazing for getting around. the staff were helpful with directions. i liked the little balcony my room had. It was nice. the room also included fresh bottled water daily!

The noise from nearby nightlife was quite loud. It made sleeping difficult before 3 am.
